Welcome to DJC Fit. DJC Fit is operated by DJC Technology Limited,
a company incorporated in Hong Kong (Company Registration No. 81170943). The
terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DJC Fit and DJC Technology Limited.
We operate this store and website, including all related information, content,
features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you (the
"customer") with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Our store is
powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here (the
"Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about
your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations
of liability.
By accessing, using or interacting with the Services, you agree to be bound by
these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms
or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you have reached the age of
legal majority in your country or jurisdiction of residence, and that you have
given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the
Services on devices that you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including browsing our online store or purchasing any of
our products or services, you may be asked to provide certain information such
as your email address, billing, payment and shipping information. You
represent and warrant that all information you provide in our store is
correct, current and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to
provide this information.

credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer,

differ from how they appear on your screen, depending on the type of device

purchased by you will meet your expectations or be identical to how they are
depicted or rendered in our online store.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at
our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any
time and to limit the quantities of any product that we supply to any person,
region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the
right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion.
Your order is not confirmed until we send you a confirmation of acceptance. We
must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please
review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may be unable to
accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do
not accept, or if we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you
using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the
time the order was placed.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or messaging
app to confirm your order before dispatch. An order that cannot be confirmed
may be cancelled. Where a COD parcel is refused or repeatedly undeliverable,
we may decline COD as a payment option for your future orders.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our
Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or
household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The
price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time
the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, prices displayed do not include taxes,
shipping or handling charges, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices are displayed in the currency selected in the store. Where you pay in a
currency other than your local currency, the final amount charged may differ
due to exchange rates and fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical
stores, in online stores operated by third parties, or in other stores. We may
offer promotions from time to time which may affect pricing and which are
governed by terms separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between
promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms govern.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and
account information for all purchases made in our store. You agree to
promptly update your account and other information, including your email
address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and
contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (1) the payment information you supply is
true, correct and complete, (2) you are duly authorised to use the payment
method for the purchase, (3) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your
payment provider, and (4) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted
prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if
any.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are
estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays
caused by the carrier, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our
reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the
products over to the carrier.
Because orders are shipped cross-border, your order may be subject to customs
clearance, import duties, taxes and handling fees imposed by your country of
destination. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are
payable by you as the recipient, and we are not responsible for any such
charges or for delays caused by customs authorities. You are responsible for
providing accurate and complete shipping information, and for complying with
the import requirements of your country.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text,
displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design,
selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by us, our affiliates or
licensors and are protected by patent, copyright and other intellectual
property laws of Hong Kong and other applicable jurisdictions.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial
use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works
of, publicly display, publicly perform, repost, download, store or transmit any
of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as
expressly provided, nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or other
right under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of
ours, of Shopify, or of any third party. All rights not expressly granted in
these Terms are reserved by us.
Our name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are our
trademarks or those of our affiliates or licensors. You may not use such
trademarks without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo,
product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All
other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the
Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as
part of the Services. We neither monitor nor control these tools and have no
input into them.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an "as is"
and "as available" basis without any warranties, representations or conditions
of any kind and without any endorsement. We have no liability whatsoever
arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of any optional tools offered through the Services is entirely at
your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with
and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant
third-party provider(s).

the release of new tools and resources. Such new features will also be

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to
you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly
with us. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not
responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any
injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You
hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages
and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions
with us.

All personal data we collect through the Services is governed by our Privacy

your Feedback complies with these Terms. We have no obligation (1) to maintain

proprietary right. You further agree that your Feedback will not contain
libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any
computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of

track the personal information of others; (4) spam, phish, pharm, pretext,
spider, crawl or scrape; (5) use any robot, spider, scraper, data collection or
extraction tool, automated device or process, AI tool (such as agentic AI), or
any automated or manual means to access the Services; or (6) interfere with,
circumvent or bypass the security, authorisation, robot exclusion headers or
other measures we use to restrict access to the Services. If we believe you

is from an Agent and disclose the name of the Agent by including the following
in the user agent string of the request: "Agent/[AGENT NAME]"; (2) not conceal
or obfuscate the fact that any access, use or interaction is from an Agent, for
example by (a) mimicking human behaviour and interaction patterns, or (b)
completing or circumventing CAPTCHAs or other measures designed to distinguish
computers from humans; (3) truthfully answer any question or prompt designed
to determine whether the interaction is from a human or a computer; and (4) not
circumvent or otherwise evade any measure designed to prevent, restrict,

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part
thereof) at our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will
remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of
Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver, Entire Agreement,
Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any other provisions that by
their nature should survive termination.

any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special
or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost
profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any
similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict
liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services or any
products procured using the Services, or for any other claim related in any way
to your use of the Services or any product, including but not limited to any
errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred
as a result of the use of the Services or any content or product posted,
transmitted or otherwise made available via the Services, even if advised of
their possibility.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any liability that cannot be
limited or excluded under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your
country of residence, including any statutory rights and remedies available to
you as a consumer.

affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors,
licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or
claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due
to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms or the documents they
incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a
third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, but your failure to receive
timely notice does not relieve you of your obligations unless you are
materially prejudiced as a result. We may control the defence and settlement
of such claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not
settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations on your part without your
consent, which may not be unreasonably withheld. You shall cooperate in the

validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules posted by us on
this site or in respect to the Services, constitute the entire agreement and
understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Services,
superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and
proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including any prior
versions of these Terms).
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed
against the drafting party.

These Terms, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services,
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong
Kong Special Administrative Region, without prejudice to any mandatory
consumer protection laws of your country of residence that apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring proceedings, or to seek
redress, in the courts or before the consumer protection authorities of your
country of residence, where such right is granted to you under applicable law
and cannot be waived by agreement.

not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
